The objective of the Pueblo Stake Emergency Preparedness Certification Program is to increase the level of preparedness for individuals and families within the stake.
The certification program is designed to break down the overwhelming task of emergency preparedness into smaller groups or tasks. The program consists of three levels of certification, each one advancing the individual or family toward greater emergency preparedness. This approach can help individuals and families by identifying each area of preparedness that they need to work on and prioritizing them in order of importance. Certification levels can be completed in order or out of order - it’s your choice!
When you or your family have completed all of the requirements for a particular level of certification, please contact your Ward Emergency Preparedness Specialist so that you may be called upon to assist others in times of need.
Get started by building a 72-hour kit, creating an emergency contact list and more!
Continue to build your emergency preparedness through activities like learning CPR and safeguarding important documents.
Add to your food and water storage, get an amateur radio license, and grow your preparedness skill set with certification level 3.
